Print it. Try it for a month. If your kid doesn't ask for another page, we'll refund you.
We've tested Kindertally on hundreds of kitchen tables — but yours is the one that matters. If Pip doesn't earn his keep in the first 30 days, write to us and we'll send the money back.
How to request a refund
Send a note to refunds@kindertally.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number if you have it — but don't worry if you don't, we can find you by email.
One or two sentences is plenty. We're not going to talk you out of it — we just want to know what didn't land, so we can make future packs better.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, you'll see it hit your account within 5–10 business days after that.
The small print (that we still wrote like humans)
What's covered
- Any purchase of the Kindertally Mega Activity Pack made within the last 30 days.
- Full purchase price, in the currency you paid.
What isn't covered
- Requests older than 30 days. At some point we have to draw a line, and a month feels like a fair one.
- Clearly abusive patterns — e.g., multiple refunded purchases from the same email, or resale of a refunded PDF. We reserve the right to decline in those cases.
- Fees from your payment processor. If your bank charged a foreign-transaction fee, that's between you and them — we can only refund what Kindertally received.
Do I need to "return" the PDF?
No. Practically speaking, we can't un-download a file, and we'd rather trust you than ask. If you refund the order, the license granted by our terms of service ends, and you agree to delete the file. We take you at your word.
Did something go wrong with your download?
Before asking for a refund, give us the chance to fix it. Email hello@kindertally.com — most download issues are an email client blocking the link, and we can have a working copy in your inbox within an hour.
Classroom and bulk purchases
Refunds on classroom-license orders follow the same 30-day window, but are pro-rated if pages have already been distributed to students. Get in touch and we'll work it out.
A note from Hana & Mateo
We've been running Kindertally since 2022, and honest answer — we refund less than 1% of orders. Not because we're strict, but because the pack genuinely works for most kids. If yours is the exception, we'd rather part as friends than keep $19 and a grumpy customer. Write to us, and we'll take care of it.
