Terms of service.

The fair deal between you, us, and Pip. Written like a human, not a lawyer.

The short version

1. Who "we" are

"Kindertally", "we", "us" and "our" mean Kindertally LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "You" means the person buying or using the product. By browsing this site or buying the pack, you're agreeing to these terms.

2. What you're buying

The Kindertally Mega Activity Pack is a digital product — a PDF file containing printable worksheets and activities for children roughly ages 3–6. You download it once and keep a copy. There's no app, no login, no ongoing service.

3. Your license to use it

When you buy the pack, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

What you can't do:

4. Payment & delivery

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. After your payment clears, you'll receive a download link by email within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and then let us know.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day happy-kid guarantee. Full policy on the refund page.

6. Acceptable use of this site

Don't try to break the site, scrape it in bulk, attack it, or use it to distribute malware. Don't impersonate us or anyone else. That's about it.

7. Accounts

We don't require an account to buy. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you can unsubscribe with one click in any email.

8. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe; some traffic metrics are collected through Google Analytics. When you interact with those, their own terms also apply.

9. Disclaimers

Kindertally is an educational toy, not a diagnostic tool or formal curriculum. Every child is different. The pack is offered "as is" — we've tested it hard, but we can't promise it's perfect for every family or device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Kindertally is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Indemnification

If something you do with the pack — for instance reselling it, posting it publicly, or using it commercially without a license — causes someone to sue us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for newsletter subscribers, mention it in the next note.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms? Write to hello@kindertally.com. A real person will reply.
